Assessment of urban territories transport accessibility conditions in Arctic cities

چکیده
The article deals with the issue of organization transport services in territories cities located harsh conditions cold climate Arctic zone. hypothesis study is that uncomfortable weather affect mobility population and form a special behavior minimal time spent open air. Also, people's behaviour will depend on level development infrastructure provides access to urban areas. As an evaluation criterion, accessibility city centre as focus population's labour trips was chosen. Using example three zone, isochrones by road passenger transport, well foot using GIS were shown. result it highlighted current system does not meet demand population, taking into account characteristics stay space: there problem excessive use personal lack low quality pedestrian traffic. Based results study, main directions for sustainable their systems have been formulated.
